Lancome Juicy Shaker Review
This past weekend I picked up some skincare products, and one of them is this Lancome Juicy Shaker Pigmented Infused Bi-Phased Lip Oil. Yes ! I count it as skincare. When it comes to skincare, most of our attention goes to, moisturizers and undereye creams, when in fact our lips are just as important, if not more. As we grow older our lips lose elasticity, fullness and volume and start to thin out. For me personally, I’ve pretty dry lips, I’ve lip balms spread everywhere, in my bag, in the car, in my makeup organizer, on the bedside table. On day to day basis, for running errands, and doing mommy-things I don’t wear much makeup, tinted lip balm is the route I go.
For me a product like this one is perfect. It’s their new launch and as soon as I heard about it, I knew I wanted it. It’s a of blend of 5 nourishing oils, pigment infused. Not only it’s super nourishing, it also adds a hint of color to your lips. It’s been a couple of days since I’ve been using it, but I can already tell, it’s going to be my absolute must-have product. It makes your lips look so full, moisturized and youthful. Always shake it before you use it to mix the oil and the pigment.
They’ve a wide range of colors to choose from, 20 shades, that’s a lot. I chose “Berry-Tale”, but since I love it so much, I might get another shade, may be “102 apri-cute”. The packaging is super super cute. It’s like a mini martini shaker, since I don’t drink, that’s the only kind of martini I’ll ever have(haha). I’m very very impressed with the packaging. It doesn’t get messy at all. The Triangular sponge applicator holds the perfect amount of oil and pigment, and the shaker itself has a stopper with 3 holes, which dispenses a perfect amount of product, so it doesn’t go to waste. It smells like berry candy, but very subtle.
The first time I used it, I could instantly tell it’s more than just a lip balm. Right off the bat I knew I was gonna love it. My lips felt super soft, and moisturized. The texture and dryness was gone in seconds.Over all, I’ve no complains about this product, and woah that’s rare. You can use it over any lip product or on it’s own. For me personally it’s one of those products I use all year round.
I hope you find this post helpful.
