LA Girl Pro Conceal HD Concealer Review + Swatches
Concealers are tricky. They have the power to either make you look young and youthful or 10x older and dull. Whenever someone asks me for makeup advice I always tell them to get the basics right first, before you even start thinking about dramatic makeup looks. There’s nothing worse than having a blotchy foundation and crepey and dry under-eye area. LA Girl Pro Conceal HD Concealers have been so hyped up lately. Everyone and their mama has used this concealer. I know I’m too late on the bandwagon but oh well….
In today’s post I’m sharing my experience with LA girl pro conceal hd concealers and swatches of the ones I bought. They have a wide color selection, no matter what skin-tone you have, you’re gonna find your perfect shade. Because they have so many options, it was actually a little confusing to order online. Thanks to the “online beauty community” for swatches. I was able to pick few and they work for me perfectly.
- Creamy Beige
- Green Corrector
- Orange Corrector
These concealers are pretty pigmented and fast-setting. I have mentioned in few blog posts that I don’t always like to set my concealer. But you can’t get away with every concealer without setting it, otherwise it’ll be a creased-up mess under your eyes. With these concealers, in my experience, you can really get away without using any powder. And it doesn’t move at all. The good thing about these concealers is that they’re pretty full-coverage but it looks almost natural. I don’t get much sleep, concealer is my best friend, and I don’t often try new concealers, because I don’t mess with that aspect of my makeup.
These concealers are pretty affordable and are better than many high-end concealers. These concealers set pretty fast, I personally like to do one area at a time, instead of applying everywhere I need and then blending. I think it looks the best and is way easier to work with if you apply in one spot and blend before further application. These feel creamy but they don’t have that slip like other concealers.
I bought a couple of correctors and a darker shade for contouring which I will be talking about in a different post, but as far as formulation, application and wear goes. They’re the same. The applicator is actually very easy to use. Before I even used these, I was iffy about the applicator, but I actually ended up liking it a lot.
Overall this product is worth the hype. Have you tried out these concealers?
I hope you find this post helpful.
