Hair Loss:

Hair loss can really jitter your confidence. Especially for women. If you are losing few strands of hair on day to day bases it is completely normal. But if you are losing a lot of hair, really rapidly and it’s shedding off quite often. Then it is something that needs your attention. There are a lot of things that might be causing hair loss. It can be consuming not enough nutrition, emotional and physical stress, hereditary, aging, prolonged illness, pregnancy, uncleaned scalp, no hair care regimen, dry scalp, weakness, dramatic weight loss, anemia, and the list goes on.


The most common reason is lack of nutrition. It is so important to have a healthy diet. Vitamin B6 and folic acid deficiency can cause you major hair fall. If you can not fulfill your body’s need of nutrition by food, supplement it. Taking supplements will help you a lot in this regard. i.e Biotin is great for your hair and nails. Fish oil has beneficial Omega 3, fatty acids which are great for your hair and skin. Go for these supplements.

Scalp Massage:

Lightly massage your scalp with any kind of oil, coconut,almond,avocado or olive oil. To encourage blood circulation in your scalp. Which will strengthen your hair follicles. Also Nourish and moisturize your scalp.

Hair Mask:

-Fenugreek seeds



-Rosemary oil

Crush the fenugreek seeds, add just a little bit of water and make a paste, after that pour 2Β  tsp of oil in the paste. You can use any oil you want, I would suggest almond or olive oil. And lastly add 3-4 drops of rosemary oil in the mixture. It will make a mask like consistency. Apply it to your Scalp only. And lightly massage it in. And let it sit for 20 minutes for half an hour. Doing it once a week will help you with hair loss drastically.






Avoid Harsh Chemicals, heat tools and styling products:

Let your scalp and hair heal. If only you want your hair to fall more rapidly and get bald patches. Then go ahead use these things. Heat is number one enemy of your hair. Harsh chemicals and styling products strip your hair off. Try as much as you can to avoid them. And If there is some special event that you have to attend to, only straighten the strands of hair that frame your face. Does the drill. I have been only straightening the hair that frame my face from a long long time, actually from as long as I can remember now. I don’t remember the last time i straightened the whole head of hair. Also swap your usual shampoo and conditioners with more natural, paraben free options.

Flaxseed oil:

Flaxseed oil is known to be great for hair growth. You can have it in many ways. There are Flaxseed capsules, you can apply flaxseed oil to your scalp, you can take a tsp of it with water. It is really amazing for you metabolism, skin but most importantly your hair. It will nourish you scalp and hair. Even if you have oily scalp, it is still important to use oils. Now you can make another amazing mask with this oil too, which is super simple and only two ingredients are required. Use ripped avocado and flaxseed oil, you just have to mix it and apply it to your scalp. There is no harm in applying it from roots to tips, it will be just a little messy, but you can use an old shirt or towel, which is not a big deal.

Hot shower ?

AVOID hot water on your scalp. It weakens and damages your hair, dries out your scalp and encourages hair loss, and make your hair brittle and rough. It is the most common thing that people often forget. Yes it is hard to wash your hair with fairly cold water in colder months, but if you have a hair loss situation you gotta deal with it.


Learn to Relax and Be stress free:

It is medically proved that emotional and physical stress both accompanies hairloss. It is so important for us to learn to take things lightly and deal with them in a positive way. Dealing with problems and loss in life is hard, but only we can make our minds. Nobody can help us with that. If you want a healthy mind and body than it is super important to try and think positive in the least of positive situations. Also we have to learn that body image is something that takes time to be changed, we should not break our backs and minds in order to achieve the image that we have of us in our minds. These things take time, take baby steps and learn to be relaxed and positive. If you are stressed take a break, have a cup or tea or do what makes you happy. And this is also help us to have healthy mind and body, and not only hair.

Expert help:

If you have done your best, tried all home remedies, and took good care of your scalp and hair and still you see no results, seek for expert help. There is no shame in that.
