And science has also proven that massaging the feet, and more specifically pressure points in the feet, you can elevate the level or stress and relax your body. So in this blog I am going to share a DIY foot scrub and also ways to relieve the stress.
The ingredients for making this scrub are;
- Epsom Salt
- Baking soda
- Essential oils
- Bowl of water
Mix equal amounts or epsom salt and baking soda, with a couple of drops of essential oils and few drops of water and mix it into a scrub consistency. After that scrub your feel gently and then soak you feet into luke warm water, for about 15-20 minutes.
It will not only scrub of all the dead and nasty skin off of your feet, and clean them, but also it will act as a stress reliever and calm/relax your muscles.
It is also great for people who are dealing with smelly feet, and help with excessive feet sweat problem.
