Favorite Face Serums
Skincare, a topic that I’m very passionate about. I find it so astonishing that our skin has a mind of it’s own. It can be super unpredictable but at the same time there’s always a clue or a hint to figure out what’s up with your skin. It might take a while or a second to pin point what your skin requires but if you be patient and keep an eye on how your skin reacts to different things, it’s not that hard to read the signs and understand your skin. In today’s blog post I’m sharing 4 of my top favorite face serums.
It’s never too late to start taking care of your skin. I think having a good skincare regimen in your early 20s makes such a huge difference in the way your skin ages. You’ll be surprised how fast your skin ages. There’re a lot of factors that speeds up the process, sun-damage, stress, sleeplessness, lack of hydration and moisturization and the list just goes on. It’s great to use a regular moisturizer, but not enough. I encourage everyone to add a face serum in their skincare regimen. Face serums are often more expensive than other skincare products and that’s because they’re more beneficial. They’re way more potent, and absorb faster and deeper in your skin. And you only need few drops.
Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum
Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair serum is an anti-aging serum. We all know our skin repairs at night when we sleep, which is why sleep is so important, and I ain’t getting any, #momlife ! Anyhow this serum boosts the nighttime renewal process and fights signs of aging. It smells like apricots and feel very light-weight. I absolutely love it. If you want an in depth review on this product let me know.
Collistar Vitamins A + C + E
If you feel like your skin is very dull and it never really looks fresh. You will LOVE this serum. It is one of the very first serums that I started using and use it till date. A repurchase means it’s a great product in my book obviously. It really brightens up your skin and makes it very youthful and fresh. Again if you want an in depth review let me know. I can’t possibly review all of these serums in one post.
L’Oreal Age Perfect Facial Oil
Now I do know facial oils and serums are two different things. But there are people who like to go the natural route and use products which are more natural ingredients-based rather than chemicals. You can absolutely use a facial oil as a serum in that case. I use this facial oil as a serum, since it is a dry oil it absorbs quickly and doesn’t feel heavy at all. (L’Oreal Age Perfect Oil Review)
Lancome Visionnaire Advanced skin corrector
It’s a new favorite. I have been using it from a couple of months and I think it’s such a great product. It’s also an anti-aging serum, and honestly shows immediate results. I have shared my review/experience with this product on my blog (Lancome Visionnaire Advanced Skin Corrector Review). The Estee Lauder one and this one are definitely more on the pricey side, but the L’Oreal and Collistar are more afforable and I love them just as much. I also love Clinique custom repair serum, tried the travel size one, but I don’t need anymore serums for now.
These are 4 of my top favorite serums, which serum do you use and love?
I hope you find this post helpful.
