Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint for eyes Review
Summer is all about quick, easy, smudge-proof and long lasting products. Products that will last through the heat and humidity. In this blog post I’ll be sharing Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint for eyes Review. Now I have to say I have a love/hate thing going on with these chubby sticks. I bought these because I felt like these will be perfect for coming hot moths, while they are good products I’m disappointed because they’re not as good as I imagined them to be. This review is going to be a little different, I always try and make the posts very easy to read and to the point. But this one is a little tricky. I have way more to say about these Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint for eyes, can’t just add everything in points and summarize this product.
I bought two of Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint for eyes,
- Ample Amber
- Fuller Fudge
It’s such an amazing product, one swipe, smudge it, add a little bit of mascara, and you’re out the door. It’s a really good product. It’s very mess-free. You don’t need to use any makeup brushes if you don’t want to just swipe it on the lids and use your finger tip to defuse the harsh line. It’s great to travel with. Doesn’t take a lot of space, does fairly well in hot climate, you can always keep it in your makeup bag on the go, and transform any day time look in to night time look or add a little bit more drama and interest to the look. It works like a perfect base for certain eyeshadows. I think it’s very “mom/busy women friendly”. I do enjoy using it. However,
I think for the price you can get way better in the drugstore. I prefer maybelline color tattoos over these chubby sticks any day of the week. I find these Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint for eyes really makes the eye lids look uneven and exaggerates the lines. If you want really opaque application and you go a little more heavy handed with this product, it can crease. It does last for hours, however it does fade away as the day goes by. The dark chocolaty brown one (fuller fudge) has gold glitter in it, which swatches beautifully on the back of the hand, but doesn’t really show up that great on the eyes. Plus glitter fades away through the day anyway. It’s not a 100% smudge proof product, if you rub your eye accidently it will smear just a bit. The packaging, now it looks great and feels luxe too, but the crayon itself is not properly attached to the packaging, it slides out if you’re not careful, and that’s with both the Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint for eyes that I have. If you have oily eyelids you might wanna top these up with an eyeshadow.
Would I recommend Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint for eyes?
I’m not sure because I really like these for certain purposes. But still I wouldn’t recommend actually. That’s true I really enjoy using these, they’re travel friendly, easy to use, easy to carry on the go, mama-friendly but I find that there are better products in the market for the price. They do have few more shades for Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint for eyes but I wouldn’t be purchasing more. It’s a 50/50 product in my opinion.
I hope you find this post helpful.
