Clinique Cheek Pop Berry Pop
Clinique Cheek Pop blushers are one of the most beautifully packaged blushers available, and it has grabbed attention from all the makeup lovers and beauty community because of it’s packaging, smart tactic Clinique. But the packaging is not everything obviously, the product has to be good too.
On the website this product is described as; Vibrant yet natural-looking cheek colour that looks virtually powderless. In a silky smooth, stay-true formula with shades for every skin tone. That just-pinched look, simply effortless.
This product is PIGMENTED. Little goes a long way. I went a little over-board and had to go over with the beauty blender to balance out the blush. Out of all the colors to choose from I went with “berry pop” to test out the formula, because this color is very versatile. This kind of blush looks good all year round. It gives a very natural flushed healthy looking blush. The formula of these blushers is very velvety, soft, easy to blend and very buildable.
It blends out beautifully and creates a very satiny finish. It isn’t frosty, it isn’t shimmery, but it isn’t matte either. The formula is very very interesting. In the HD picture you can see little flex of shimmer, very very fine shimmer. But it isn’t detectable on the cheeks. It almost looks like something in between matte and satin. I’m seriously impressed with the longevity of this blusher, I had it on all day, and it was still very much there by the end of the day. When it comes to the wear of your makeup, blusher is something that disappears first.
Can we just take a moment and appreciate how gorgeous the packaging is. Clear Acrylic Packaging with Daisy moulded blusher. It’s a perfect fusion of Chic and Fun.
Is it worth the hype:
I was very curious to know, if these blushers are actually worth the hype. And to be honest I think they actually are. From the Packaging to the Formula everything is on point.
Would I recommend it?
If you want to treat yourself to something nicer, absolutely ! It’s an amazing product. But do you NEED it ? Not really. It’s one of those products that you buy every once in a while to treat yourself to something better and more fancy, otherwise I don’t think it’s a Must-Have kinda thing.
I hope you find this post helpful.
