Clarins Blue Orchid Face Treatment Oil + Radiance and Softness
Clarins Blue Orchid Face Treatment Oil + Radiance and Softness Set has been few of other products, that I bought from Clarins Skincare. In my previous Clarins haul I mentioned Radiance and Moisture Set.
Clarins Radiance and Softness set has 3 skincare products, including the infamous Clarins Blue Orchid Face Treatment Oil, which I basically wanted to try. This oil is a cult favorite among the beauty bloggers and other skincare junkies. On the Clarins website, this products is described as, “Hydrating treatment oil restores vitality and radiance to dehydrated skin. Patchouli and Blue Orchid extracts tone and revitalize to moisture-depleted skin. Hazelnut Oil softens, smoothes and seals in moisture to help minimizes the appearance of fine lines.”
Face Oils can be pretty intimidating, especially for people with oily skin. But actually they’re beneficial for all skin types. Face oils, in fact help in balancing the oil production and pH level of your skin, while providing deep moisturization. You can use face oils on their own or layer it over your regular moisturizer to add up the moisture and really lock it in.
I’ve been using it for more than a week now, and as far as first impression goes, I really like it. It’s very light on the skin, and absorbs quickly. It makes a great base for makeup. If you’ve trouble getting your foundation to look skin-like or as natural as possible, this layered underneath really helps to make your foundation look non-cakey and very skin-like. However I personally like to use it at night.
It does have a very middle-eastern, spa-like scent, that’s the best I can describe. You can read the full description on Clarins website for details. I don’t mind fragranced products, as long as it’s mild, and not to pungent. Also, my skin is not sensitive. Since there’re no artificial scents added in Clarins Blue Orchid Face Treatment Oil, I assume it’s not going to be irritable for sensitive skin type.
So far I’m really enjoying this product, and gonna continue using it. If I fell in love with this product, I will be mentioning again on the blog.
I hope you find this post helpful.
