Causes of Acne and how to Avoid Acne
Acne, it’s a very common problem. 9 out of 10 people deal with it. There can be several reasons behind them, some you can prevent by just taking good care of your skin, and other you need professional help. Now I’m not a professional but there are certain things that help me prevent acne and deal with it.

Poor Eating !

There’s a reason they say you are what you eat. If you’re eating poorly, GMO (genetically modified organisms) foods, oily, processed, sugary and things that are bad for you. You’re more likely to have acne. With that being said it’s okay to indulge once in a while.
Eating clean and healthy food, will give you all the nutrients that your body and skin requires and that will show through your skin. It will be more dewy, glowy and full of life.


Not Keeping Your Skin Clean !

A lot of people, after washing their face, think that their skin is clean now. When all the dirt and makeup from the day is still clogging up your pores.
Deep cleansing your skin twice a week, and properly cleaning it every night, is very very important. A lot the times, the acne is caused by clogged pores.

Germs on the towel !

A lot of the time we don’t realize that the towel we are using to dry over face is sitting there from a long time, and a lot of bacteria and germs are building up on it.
Use a clean towel or a new paper towel everytime you wash your facem and tap dry it, don’t rub or pull on the skin !

Not Moisturizing Enough !

People tend to think that oily skin does not need moisturization. Moisturization is more important that you think. It not only balances your sebaceous glands (glands that produce oil) but it also makes a barrier between all the dust and gunk and your skin.

Not using a good face serum !

Face serums can do amazingggggg things for your face. A face serum loaded with Vitamin A, C & E will regenerate your skin.And it will help your skin to lighten the acne scars. It will nourish your skin and prevent pre-mature wrinkles and lines.

Not getting enough sleep and being stressed !

Even if you do everything for your skin and you’re not getting enough sleep,you’re stressed, and your body is not well rested. You’re gonna get acne. When you sleep your skin repairs. and heals, so sleep well and give it time to heal and repair itself and complete the circle.

Popping the pimple !

Let’s be honest. WE ALLLLL try to pop the pimple and end up with a scar. And where-ever we touch on the skin we get more acne, then we get stressed and it’s just a bigggg freaking mess.
But you can avoid the urge of popping them if you have, spot treatment. Everytime you feel the urge to pop it apply spot treatment.

Additional Tips !

- Have your own clean pillow, and wash it quite often.
– Use SPF.
– Use purifying,soothing,stess acne, vitamin E masks.
– Get professinal facials
– Home-remedies *like lemon and honey etc*
– Use tea tree oil face pack
