Biotherm Aquasource Total Eye Revitalizer – Eye cream Review

Biotherm Aquasource Total Eye Revitalizer – Eye cream Review

Eye cream is something that a lot of people think is not so important, it is the most neglected part of skin care. Did you know that the skin around your eyes starts showing signs of aging earlier than rest of your face and body. There are no sweat glands, and that area can get super dehydrated and dry without you even realizing. Eye cream is something that you should actually start using from your late teen years, Teen sounds too early to me, but that’s what specialists say. If I could go back in time I would start using it at around 20 years old, 4 years ago. If you want to know that why it is so important, how to choose a perfect one for you, the right way to apply it, do’s and don’ts of an eye cream, I already have a blog post dedicated to everything you need to know about eye cream. The blog post is called ” Eye cream 101 “. You can search it on my website. Anyway, I have been using this eye cream from about a month. I did not wanted to share it on my blog until I was a hundred percent sure of what I felt about it. Did I like it or not. I think at this point I’m sure of my views and thoughts on the product. Would I recommend it or not. What are the pros and cons according to me and my whole experience of using it.

I tried 3 different eye creams before I actually bought a full size pot. Because firstly you don’t need a lot of eye cream, and if you end up buying a full size pot which doesn’t even work for you, it is such a waste, because nobody wants to mess with the eye area, and eye creams are tricky. 2 of them were very rich and emollient for me. One thing I was sure of, I wanted a very light weight formula, especially to begin with. My skin does not like heavy products. Especially the ones which take time to seep in to the skin. So I knew the eye cream has to be light weight and easy to sink in to the skin. Biotherm Aquasource Total Eye Revitalizer is super light weight and sinks right in to the skin. I absolutely love the fact that after applying this eye cream you feel a cooling sensation, which to me is pretty relaxing. Now to be completely honest it has not treated the damage that was done before using any eye cream. However I can tell that it has helped with the eye bags underneath the eyes. I am a mom and I don’t get much sleep, and few hours that I get I waste it trying to grab some “me time”. My eyes totally started to show that. An eye cream was a must for me. I am very positive that this eye cream has helped with the eye bags, darkness, and puffiness I get around my eyes because of restlessness, it lives up to it’s claim. I love the idea behind this eye cream, and the whole biotherm aquasource line, it is suppose to be very hydrating, which it is. This eye cream, feel so soothing and hydrating, but the best part about this eye cream is that it is not over emollient. I love the aqua-ish color of this eye cream. This eye cream is very gel like in consistency. And I would suggest anyone who is just starting to use an eye cream go with a gel consistency, and then work your way up to the creamy eye creams. Would I recommend this eye cream ? Yes !! I’d totally recommend it. I think it works great especially for people with more young skin. Who want an eye cream in order to prevent any imperfections and aging around the eye area. If you are 30+ I think an eye cream with more creamy consistency might benefit you more. This eye cream is perfect to begin with and works great for young skin, for prevention.

Eye cream is very very important. It really helps you age gracefully. I hope you find this post helpful.

Good Luck !

Love,
