Basic & Easy Chocolate Cake With Nutella And Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup Icing !
– 1 1/3 cups flour
– 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/3 cup cocoa powder
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 cup milk
– 2 eggs
– 125g butter
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup.
Mix Flour, Baking powder (or SR flour), Cocoa Powder, Sugar and melted butter, whisked eggs and few drops of vanilla extract..
After mixing those ingredients, at the end, mix in the milk and you’re going to achieve gooey, thick consistency of a cake batter.
Now you can use silicone mold, or a cake pan. I use silicone mold, but for cake pan, line it with parchment paper and some butter or spray some oil.
Finally you can bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 40 – 45 minutes.
Icing Trick :
Put a coat of nutella on the cake, the best part is you don’t have to make it all even, and then pour strings of hershey’s chocolate syrup and swirl it with the help of fork.
