3 Drugstore Eyeliner Pens to try
I’m a big fan of eyeliner pens. It’s literally like using a marker to apply your wings. It gives you so much more control, and it’s so so easy to apply a perfect wing with an eyeliner pen. I use Maybelline Master Precise Liquid eyeliner all the time, which is in pen form. I love it, even though it isn’t super opaque black, it absolutely works for me, and I love it. The other day I came across these new “Essence” eyeliner pens, checked them out and I was pleasantly surprised.
Essence Extra Long Lasting Eyeliner Pen
I don’t have oily or dry eyelids. My eyelids are very normal and I rarely ever rub my eyes, so my eyeliner doesn’t come off until I take it off myself. Every eyeliner is a long lasting eyeliner for me. If generic eyeliners work for you, you’ll be fine.
Essence Waterproof Eyeliner Pen
This eyeliner is not a 100% waterproof. It’ll run and smudge. But as an everyday eyeliner it works perfectly fine.
Super Fine Eyeliner pen
If you really find it difficult to create a sharp edge to your wing, a thin felt tip eyeliner pen will make it easy for you.
Overall all three of these eyeliner pens are nothing special, but if you have normal eyelids like I do, and for everyday eyeliner these will work absolutely fine. I have noticed that with products like these, everyone has very different experience. Just like one foundation formula doesn’t fit all, eyeliners are tricky too. I wouldn’t recommend these to people with oily, hooded or dry eyelids at all, it’ll smudge and fade, but works fine for people with normal eyelids.
I hope you find this post helpful.
